Hello Peeps, it’s time once again for DebbieDoo’s Spring Cop Cat Challenge! Between these copy cat parties I’m always on the look out for a good Copy cat, I usually do that with my Pottery Barn Catalogs but this time I chose my Ballard Designs catalog to copy from, it’s on page 85 if you want to take a peek. A few months ago I had bought a .99 cent bulletin board at GW and there it sat until I could figure out what I wanted to do with it, then I saw this page and knew this was how I’d do it!
Mine measures 17x23 and I figured I made it for roughly about $3.99 , theirs however cost $49.00 for a 15x20 smaller than mine! I added my own take on it by using a black ribbon to hang it with. Also the little girl’s picture is me taken in Kindergarten
I have to get some push pins so for now I’m using straight pins, Ballards has them for $18.00 for 12 but I think I’m going to go on Etsy and look.
Took me about a half an hour to do as far as stapling the burlap to the back and I also used a yard stick to try and keep the nail heads even! I had a picture of everything before I started on it but accidently deleted it on my camera..darn!
Sort of wasn’t into this because today is my mom’s birthday and I sure was missing her.

I like your copy cat, Rondell. I know how hard today must have been for you-missing your Mom. There are some days that are just harder than others and birthdays and anniversaries are some of the times we miss those we love the most. Blessings to you- xo Diana
