Hobby Lobby Again and I was Featured!

Hi everyone, sorry I’ve been away for almost a week but I’ve been working and there just wasn’t anything I felt was interesting enough to post about. On days like that I mostly visit as many blogs as I can or you can find me on Pinterest wandering around.lol
I did finish this other little tray that I bought a good while ago at GW, I use it on the table in my entryway, I had it painted blue but just felt it would look better with the homemade chalk paint I had left. On the distressed parts I used clear Minwax that I added black craft paint to and I love how it turned out, I still have to do the end table hopefully sometime this coming week I’ll get that done!

I was also featured on Domestically Speaking Popp Spotllight, YEAH!!! I’m thrilled to say the least, here’s the picture MaryAnn featured! Thanks you so much MaryAnn!

I was at Hobby Lobby again, 3rd time there and I love it! We went there first this time instead of last so I got to look around more. These are the cute knobs I picked up this time, I might use them on my tv stand I’m not sure yet though.

I picked up this cute little vase for half off of $2.99, really getting into this color! Rabbit is from Target, $2.50!
P3102581
Awww, tulips don’t you just love them? Somehow they just say Spring to me!
P3102607
Right now I have them on my little stepladder with a black ribbon tied around the vase!
P3102606
Another pic of them, the ruffled burlap tablerunner is from raggy girl vintage.
P3102611
I bought this green K letter and thought it would look good on my front door but it’s to small looking and looks lost so maybe with a wreath around it?
P3102597
We were ready to leave and go to Marshall’s when I spotted something for this little guy, don’t you just love his hair, his dad’s was the same way!
P3072550
A turtle Easter basket sooooo cute! I’m keeping it in the guest room I’m not sure if Buster would bother with it or not but I’m not taking any chances!
P3102578
After we hit Marshall’s, TJMaxx, Homegoods and Kirklands, I’ll save what I got at these places for my next post. In the mean time here is a tease of one thing!

Hi Rondell,
Congrats on being featured. Your grandson is so adorable. We finally got a Home Goods store...it just opened today, but I decided not to go today. Thinking it might be crazy on the first day.
Have a great day.
hugs,
Cindy

Congratulations on your feature, Rondell! This is so exciting!

It looks like you have had some successful shopping trips! I love all of these stores and never come home empty handed! The knobs are fabulous, so is the vase and bunny. I'd like to get a greenery alphabet letter for my door, that is just the cutest!

Looking forward to your next post!

XO,
Jane

I have a Marshall's right around the corner and let me tell you, it's dangerous!! Unfortunately for me (but fortunately for my wallet) Home Goods is 25 minutes away!

Love your special finds, that tray is so pretty. Nice job!

Thanks for sharing at Simple Klassic Home!

Thanks for sharing again at Sunday Blog Love. I've been going to Hobby Lobby for years and your excitement for the store is so fun to read about and love all your purchases. I'm sure if we went shopping together, we'd buy the store out and be in the dog house. That store is dangerous and they need to post a sign at the entrance, "Enter At Your Own Risk!"
